After Clint went home on Saturday, he decided to assemble his rim to see what it will look like with hardware installed. He had acquired brass hardware and then researched how brass is "antique" finished. The result is terrific...

The Most Famous Dynaflow Banjo Boy???

Mr."rpeek" is a user on YouTube with a channel called "Home Made Banjo-in' and Hot-Roddin.'" The Banjo Boys' official Banjo Research Department has reason to believe that he is actually Mr. Richard Peek of Union, Maine. He provided a very detailed narrative of his experience building a Dynaflow Banjo. It is available in a series of 21 individual YouTube videos. He also has a series of videos describing how to play clawhammer banjo.

It appears that Mr. Peek came up with the idea of making a banjo out of the Dynaflow turbine ring independently of Jenes Cottrell or Chris Dean. He has release several YouTube videos of himself playing the Dynaflow banjo that he crafted.
